Meet Karen Harmon:

Karen Harmon, a Tellwell author, invites us to explore her inspiring journey. With a deep connection to books, nature, and the people around her, Karen approaches life with intention, infusing her heart into every page she writes. For her, writing transcends mere words; it’s about giving back, embracing the world, and drawing inspiration from life’s everyday moments.

An award-winning author, Karen has published four books with Tellwell: Looking for Normal, Where Is My Happy Ending, Fat and Beautiful, and Class of ’78. She is now on the path to publishing her fifth book with Tellwell.

Meet Lisa Bournelis:

Lisa Bournelis, author of Louie and the Dictator, shares her inspiring journey, highlighting mental health in a thoughtful and impactful way. Motivated by her child’s experiences with OCD during the pandemic, she aims to uplift children facing anxiety, illustrating that they are the heroes of their own stories. Through her hopeful message about transforming thoughts to change circumstances, Lisa demonstrates how one person’s journey can inspire many. With Louie and the Dictator, she empowers countless children to see themselves as strong, resilient, and capable of overcoming their own challenges.

Meet Alison Williams, a Tellwell author and creative storyteller.

With a love for storytelling and visual art, Alison pours intention and heart into every project. For her, writing and illustrating are about building new worlds and connecting with readers.

Having published four books with Tellwell—The Witch’s Foundling, The Secret Cage, Spell of the Wordsmith, and Sons of Enoch—she believes that every author’s journey starts with the decision to write, turning drafts into remarkable stories.
