New Year’s Resolution is to burn those quarantine gains and get back in shape!
Charlyne, Project Manager
My new year’s resolution is to be committed to my personal growth; physically, mentally & spiritually. This year, I want to focus on quitting toxic habits that are not good for my body. I’ll start to be more active and live a healthier lifestyle. I also aim to be more kind to me and allow myself to be vulnerable enough to accept my flaws. And, keep in mind that not everything is in my control and that it’s okay to screw up sometimes because that’s what makes us human. Lastly, I want to always look at the bright side of things, be more grateful and celebrate life everyday.
Monica, Marketing Director
My new year’s resolution is to read one non-fiction book a month. I’ll achieve this by reading (or listening) at least 15 minutes a day.
Recently, I finished Limitless by Jim Kwick and Atomic Habits by James Clear. Both were excellent! Highly recommended:)
Jun Mark, Project Manager
Smile at everyone this 2021. One of my favorite parts about hiking is that when you’re out on the trail almost everyone you pass smiles at you and says hi. After giving back a smile, you just get plain happy. For this reason, I want to always remember to smile at people while out on the trail or even just outside my house. Smiling is also a way of letting others know that they inspire you. This will make someone’s day happy and it means a lot specially during this pandemic.
Angela, Marketing Consultant
My New Year’s resolution is to be healthier, both physically and mentally. Doing yoga will not only tone my body, but it will also help me de-stress.
Pam, General Manager
We don’t have to take our masks off to share a smile and glow with kindness. This year, I’m embracing the new normal with a smile on my face–for those around me, for the people I care about…for random strangers. Hello 2021!
We hope that 2021 is off to a great start for each of you. To share your own resolution or words of inspiration, which we could all still use as we continue to navigate this global pandemic, leave a comment below!
